Return the goods

The size does not fit you, or are you not satisfied with the delivered goods? You can easily return the goods within 14 days.

 

Fill out the electronic form.

Undamaged, unworn, unwashed goods with a tag must be packed and add the INVOICE !!!, which you can find in the e-mail.

Send the package by registered mail to the address:

Which carrier you choose for the return of goods is up to you. To simplify the return process, we offer you the following return options:

1. Return of goods to collection points Packeta and DPD, where you fill out an electronic form, stick a label on the package, which you will find in your email after completing the electronic form, and take the package to the collection point of your choice.
2. DPD delivery, where you fill out an electronic form and then a DPD courier will come to collect the package with the returned goods.
3. Your own method of returning goods.

The method of returning goods to collection points and DPD delivery is possible in selected countries.

 

 

Please note that packages sent to an address other than the return address will not be accepted. In that case, the package will be returned to you!!!

Likewise, we do not accept goods sent on cash on delivery under any circumstances. In that case, the goods will not be accepted and the package will be returned to you.

When will I be refunded for the returned goods?

After receiving the package, we will check whether the goods returned by you are in order based on our terms and conditions. If everything is in order, we try to return the money as soon as possible, usually within 7 days. The maximum return period is within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods.
